FAQs

Can I book an initial consultation?

You can book an initial 15-minute consultation free of charge to talk through your issue and see if counselling feels right for you.  We can explore how you are feeling, what you need from counselling and how we might work together.  There is no obligation to continue if it doesn't suit you.

What are your fees?

My fees are £60 for a 60-minute session.

How does payment work?

I accept payment in advance via BACS.

How long does counselling last?

Each individual session lasts 60 minutes.  Sessions normally take place at the same time each week, unless otherwise agreed.  I offer short-term and open-ended counselling.

Do you offer concessions?

When possible, I offer a concessionary rate of £50 for 50-minutes for trainee counsellors.

Where does the session take place?

I offer online, telephone and face to face sessions which take place in my private, confidential counselling room in central Faversham.

How are you inclusive?

My practice values diversity and I welcome who you are and what you bring. If you require any adaptations in order to access therapy, please contact me directly.

Are you professionally accredited?

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I can be found on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, the BACP Therapist Directory at www.bacp.co.uk and the Counselling Directory at www.counselling-directory.org.uk
