FAQs

Is it easy to book an initial consultation?

It's really easy to book an initial session to talk through your issue and see if counselling feels right for you. Just contact me by phone or email to arrange it. We can explore how you are feeling, what you need from counselling and how we might work together. There is no obligation to continue if it doesn't suit you.

What are your fees?

Please contact me directly to discuss fees.

How does payment work?

I accept payment in advance via BACS. I require payment within 24 hours of booking to secure your slot.

Do you offer concessions?

When possible, I offer a concessionary rate for single mothers. Please contact me for more information.

Where does the session take place?

I offer online sessions via Zoom, telephone and face-to-face sessions in my private, confidential counselling room in central Faversham.

How are you inclusive?

My practice values diversity and I welcome who you are and what you bring. If you require any adaptations in order to access therapy, please contact me directly.

Are you professionally accredited?

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I can be found on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, the BACP Therapist Directory at www.bacp.co.uk, the Counselling Directory at www.counselling-directory.org.uk and CBT & Counselling Kent at cbtandcounsellingkent.co.uk

Do you work with private healthcare and EAPs?

I am on the Private Practice Register (PPR) and work with BUPA, AXA, Aviva and Care first.
